She uses it every day, it reminds her to keep moving, it tells her to get in 10,000 steps every day and she does it and loves that about it. You can change how many steps you want as your goal, so if 10,000 is too many to start with and then you can lower it.

It does not detect a traditional weight lifting workout but it will detect when I'm doing HIIT. My favorite feature is the alarm strings so that I can get out of bed early in the morning without disturbing my wife with a noisy alarm or vibration from a phone.

Can't see how many steps at a glance

My other one was starting to fall apart but I am going back to using it so I can tell what I've done. I do not like having to look online to see where I'm at.
