Metal clasps on these are a big improvement

Kind of expensive.

A great product for the fitness conscious

I love it and I have two of my friends use it based on my use of it. It's a great way to stay on track and also a little friendly competition is always good. I'm more conscious of what I eat, how much and canon now recognize a pattern with my habits.
