Poor quality product.

The second time this happened I lost the wristband and my Fitbit. I really don't care about the cheap wristbands but losing the Fitbit is what bothers me. Usually I have good luck and have been very pleased with purchases from Best Buy. This purchase was disappointing and is causing me to question the quality of products handled by Best Buy.
