Feedback for steps, calories and sleep all work together to keep you on track on a daily basis. All days are not the most successful but looking over a week and seeing the averages shows that progress can still be made.

I loved this when i had first gotten it and when it was becoming popular just left it on and went about my day and exercises although the band would pop off too easily as its one of those pop in ones so you do have to make sure ur not gonna do anything where it pops off. But the battery life on it was A1 and it did its duty pretty good i would work in the fish department and my wrist was always dipping in water grease slime and guts and its alwayss survived and still works till this day. Its great for something cheap and to calculate or keep track of ur day steps ect.

Because of the Fitbit I try to be careful about what I eat and drink. My daughter challenges me to keep up with my walking too. I love the fact that the fit bit tracks my sleeping pattern. I am aware that I am a restless sleeper at times. But didn't know how many times I actually was restless.

I love this because it keeps me accountable for my goals and health. Love that it tracks calories and adjusts to how many you need compared to ones you burned. No heart rate monitor but I have a polar that does that.

I bought this for my husband. he plays tennis everyday, but working on the road most of the time. he fixes machines, so he is always getting greasy. i bought this one so we could change out the band if it got too gross, also because he could wash it. he loves it!! it makes him walk and move!!

I bought this as a gift for my brother and he loves it. After seeing how well it worked it made me want one too. My favorite feature is the sleep tracker and its pretty accurate too. I'm in and out of sleep all night, and it picks up on that and tells me how much sleep I actually got.

The fitbit was a Christmas present that I didn't know I wanted. It's a great tool to get yourself moving but what I like the most is that it tracks your sleep. The dashboard provides a lot of good information. If you take the time to input your meals & snacks it would be great for weight loss.

Fitbit Flex was a gift for my granddaughter (12 years old). I helped her change the band (from the large to the small, which was pretty easy). I also helped set it up, although she could set it up by herself. She loves it!

I have to admit when I bought the Fit bIt Flex it was at my sons request. He wanted me to join in the challenges . I figured I would use it once and that would be it. But challenging yourself and others becomes addictive

This was on sale at the time of purchase, so I jumped on purchasing it. It was easy to set up with with iOS device and the Bluetooth works great. The bands wear out quickly which is why I picked up another pack to have backups.

I received my first Fitbit Flex as a gift and immediately began using it! It is easy to use and it does challenge me be even more active than before I started using it! This was a replacement because I lost the first one after three months. I highly recommend buying s strap that has a buckle! The French Bull makes some cute ones! They are available at Best Buy!

Very accurate and easy to use. Has a built in alarm, which can be used for several functions.

The flex was my first fitbit product and it made me a customer for life. It did everything I wanted and I could even wear it in the shower or while swimming. Overall perfect product.

I bought this for my mom, but I already had one. If you want to stay motivated, then you should buy one. I always wear mine. I am actually going to upgrade to the charge. Being able to challenge friends is the best!

I love how it tracks my steps and sleep. I am on s diet where I track my calorie and it helps. It's confortable and user friendly. I forget I'm wearing it sometimes.

The fitbit flex is a great accessory for anyone's workout! I love the sleep track feature because its fun to see how much I actually toss and turn and compare it to how I feel that day. Only downside of the pink band is it can get dirty pretty easily but the material makes it easy to clean.

My daughter loves her Fitbit flex. It's very easy to use and syncs easily with her iPhone so she can monitor her progress. The app is user friendly and the device isn't complicated at all. I love the flexible band and the multiple options that they offer. All around a great purchase.

The Fitbit Flex is great, but should have spent the extra to get the one with the display (Fitbit Charge?). The Flex works just fine but the only way to get specific information is to sync it with another product.

This thing is a great push for me to keep up with my workout plan. My diet also get much better by counting calories and the food I take. It is so simple to charge it and to wear it everywhere because it is so user friendly. I will recommend it to all the gym starters and college kids.

I bought this tracker because it was the only one at the time that Fitbit sold that was listed as water resistant enough for me to use while I swim. I was hoping it might actually track my strokes but it doesn't.
