I gave this to my daughter as a Christmas present. She has all apple products and found it very easy to use.

Haven't had it long enough to fairly judge this item. I have found that being old school it's difficult to figure out everything it's supposed to track for you. Have to continually google the flex bit to find answers on how to do this and track that. Also charging has been tricky, seems others have had this problem also.

This Fitbit flex does exactly what it says. It tracks steps, sleep, and you can track your food on the app. I did not want the heart rate monitor or other advanced options that come with the charge or charge hr. This is perfect for the basic Fitbit needs!

I actually bought this as a gift for my mom and she absolutely loved it. She loved it so much that she actually gave it to my aunt and bought herself the Charge HR which she wears everyday.

It was very easy to sync to my phone and easy to use. It usually stays on but had some instances where it came undone so just make sure is on secure, easy way to see how active you are during the day

Not being a "techie" I was a bit hesitant to purchase an item I would have to sync to my computer etc. but went ahead and it was so easy! Love being able to check on my progress during the day and keep track of sleep patterns, water intake, activities etc.

I wore out the smaller item that can go in your pocket. This fits around your wrist and does fine, it just doesn't capture the flights of stairs that you may climb......can't figure out why.

I originally used my cell phone as my pedometer, but didn't always remember to carry my phone everywhere and wasn't getting an accurate count. Since this purchase, I have been able to review my count and also my sleep pattern, when I remember to activate it.

I bought this for my mom for Mothers day and she loves it, she said she parks further out in parking lots and trying to find other ways to get more steps and burned calories and she's been drinking more water to reach her water goal! Its a great motivation!

I wish it would be a little more precise on my sleep patterns.....like when I am getting up or restless to see if the same each night. I do like knowing how many steps I take each day.

In a world where there is so many wireless activity trackers, this one was the best one and the one that stood-out the most. It was a gift for my mom and she is obsessed with it. Does not take it off and is constantly tracking her activity through the app

The Fitbit Flex is a great product at a relatively low price. It tracks a variety of activities and you can sync it with other apps. to log the calories you eat and burn. I met my goal and lost 42 pounds 2 years ago. This product helped in that journey.

I was in the market for an activity monitor/pedometer, and I waited for the Fitbit Flex to release because I liked the wristband idea. Honestly, I think I could have picked the Fitbit One and been just as happy, in hindsight. The band is comfortable, and as long as you keep it charged (four days has been my max time between charges), the measurements seem accurate. The best part is being able to track it all through my iPhone 5. You can manage activities, weight, food etc there as well as step counts. That's great if you are constantly on the go. The sleep function is a little odd to me - but that may be personal choice. It's a little uncomfortable to sleep with, and sometimes during activity the motion triggers the device to think it's in sleep mode? (Example: we built a shed and the hammering caused it to swich to sleep mode.) I didn't know what was wrong with it until I went to the website - thus my comment about no actual manual to refer to quickly. Overall, I am pretty pleased with the purchase - but it may be a bit much in the price category for what it actually does.

I bought the Fitbit as a gift for my wonderful lady. We are not computer savvy but was able to get it up and running without any glitches. She is using it to help her with her weight control plan. I would recomend this to anyone looking for a similar device.

Was hoping to use with my iPhone or ipad, but not compatible with most versions. Does work well and easy to navigate. Jawbone works much better for use on all devices through the headphone jack.

I bought this for my son, who stays up late and gets up early to train. Amazingly, though he is a very sound sleeper the vibrating alarm feature wakes him without bothering his roommates in his very small college dorm room. He loves it, and so do they.

I really enjoyed mine for a month till the new update came out. Then it fried mine. So I had to contact customer support. They sent me a brand new one. This one will not hold a charge past two days and has issues sync. Either I just have had bad luck with my Flex or I just have been given bad ones. Before the new update. It's was great. Worked like it was suppose to. Went seven days before charge. Wish Fitbit would just let me pay the difference and upgrade to the charge to see if it's better but they won't since I bought it at BB.

I am a huge Fitbit fan. I actually bought the Fitbit charge when it came out awhile back and didn't like because it was bigger and I wear a watch so I went back to the Fitbit flex. I love reaching my daily goals and the sleep tracking is incredibly accurate.

This has been very helpful in tracking my sleep patterns! I have yet to use all of the amazing features. I'm keeping it simple for now. I break nearly 10,000 steps everyday without trying!

Love my fitbit flex! It gives me that extra motivation I need on those lazy days. I also have the zip but I'm getting more use out of my flex and for all the fashionistas if you go ebay you can find a ton of different colors for a fraction of the price.
