    This is the second fitbit item for me. However, the battery life is less than a day for me. That is a bit of a burden. Also, this device rally needs a tracker in it as it is so small and easy to misplace. For $100, and today's technology, you should be able to see where you lost it.

    My Fitbit wrist band is comfortable to wear and appropriate in the work setting so I am able to get realtime feed back on how I am doing in my goal toward fitness. Fitbit is my silent fitness coach that helps me identify deficits and get me to my goal. My mother who is in her late 60's wears the fitbit clip on as an incentive to increase her physical activity.
