Super reliable health and fitness tracker. Its super reliable for tracking workouts, setting alarms, and reminders throughout the day. I used to get easily distracted by all the notifications going to my apple watch but this is much more convenient for what I need!

I’ve have it over a year now. It’s a nice little tracker. The battery last more than a week. It seems reliable in terms of what it tracks. The screen is a little scratch but nothing too bad.

Picky screen, but does the job

The product itself does what it is supposed to. Switching between the screens is silly, because it turns black too quickly. The cost of the premium is ... pretty high, but if you just need a step tracker, it does the job.

    Fitbit Inspire 3 My Thoughts

As a busy dad, I needed something super simple and not too complicated to help me keep track of my activity, and this little guy really delivers on the "simple" front. It’s so small and light that half the time I forget I’m even wearing it, which is great for continuous tracking. The Morning Glow color I got is pretty nice too; it’s a subtle pop of color that actually serves as a good visual nudge to make healthier choices throughout my day, reminding me to get up and move around more often. It also just looks good on my wrist, not too bulky or flashy, which is exactly what I was hoping for in a fitness tracker. One of the big things for me was just getting a general idea of my health, and this Fitbit does a solid job there. It tracks my heart rate 24/7, counts my steps, and even keeps an eye on how many calories I’m burning throughout the day. I really like seeing my Active Zone Minutes, which pushes me to hit those moderate-to-intense activity goals. It also monitors my sleep, breaking it down into stages and giving me a Sleep Score, which has been pretty eye-opening about my restless nights. Plus, it keeps tabs on stress and even my blood oxygen levels, which is a nice bonus for an entry-level device. They updated the screen on this version to a color AMOLED display, which is definitely a step up from older models. It's nice and bright, making it easy to see. However, navigating the menus and settings can be a hassle. It’s not intuitive, and I’ve spent more time than I’d like just swiping through trying to find what I’m looking for. It could definitely be smoother, especially when you’re trying to quickly check something while on the go. On the flip side, the battery life on this thing is a real champion, making up for some of those navigation quirks. Fitbit advertises up to 10 days, and I’m easily getting a week or more in real-world use without thinking about charging. That’s a huge win when juggling work, kids, and forgetting to plug things in overnight is common. It means I can track my sleep and daily activity without constantly worrying if it’s going to die on me in the middle of the day. And speaking of daily life, being water-resistant up to 50 meters is fantastic. I don't have to take it off for showering or swimming with the kids, which again, just makes it super easy to wear all the time. Now, another thing that gets me a little is the text message notifications. They do pop up on the screen, which is handy for a quick glance, but the actual text readout is just too short to be really useful. Most of the time, it’s just the first few words, so it ends up being more of a "check your phone" reminder than actually letting you read the message. It’s a minor thing, but frustrating when you’re trying to stay present with the family or in a meeting and just want a quick idea of what’s coming in. Beyond the basic tracking, it has a bunch of other cool features too. There are over 20 exercise modes, and it even automatically tracks some workouts, which is great because I often forget to start it manually. I also appreciate the smart wake alarm, which gently vibrates to wake you up, and the reminders to move when I've been sitting too long. It connects to your phone's GPS for outdoor activities, which is good enough for my casual runs. Overall, for someone like me who just wants a simple, lightweight, and reliable tracker to nudge them towards a healthier lifestyle without breaking the bank, this Fitbit Inspire 3 does a pretty good job. It has its small quirks with navigation and notifications, but the comfort, battery life, and general tracking make it a solid choice, especially for the price.

Was bought as a gift for my wife. She really does like it overall, however, she does have to reboot it every couple of days. Notifications seem to get very easily desynced. The battery life is terrific however, as she only has to charge it about every three days.

This watch is very high tech and comes with lots of features that have made my health journey so much easier. Setup was very fast and the steps and distance tracker is easy to use and sync to my phone so I always know my steps for the day! Super helpful and a great value if you are looking for a way to monitor your daily steps, sleep, activity, heart rate and more! Definitely recommend.

I had a luxe before this one. Inspire has a very long battery life. I liked the display on the Luxe better. It is about same size as the Luxe. It dose use a different band which is hard to put on, but overall this is a good Fitbit.

Purchased this one at a friend's insistence. The Fitbit Inspire 3 is like a reliable running buddy who's always happy to tag along, but won't push you to PRs. For the price, it tracks steps, sleep, and basic workouts with decent accuracy, all displayed on a colorful, easy-to-read touchscreen. The lightweight, comfortable band makes it a pleasure to wear all day, and the 7-day battery life is a champion.

The I spire 3 is sleek and has the exact festures that I needed- heart rate monitoring, reminders to move and of course, last but not least, step counter. The calories burned is alos an asset. Price point was decent and I love the yellow band.

Got it for my father, he loves using it to track his steps everyday now, and kind of gives him motivation to walk even more. It's easy to use for him, he wanted something simple and he is always tinkering with new things in it now. Very good buy.

The Fitbit Inspire is user-friendly, fun and cute. It tracks everything I need, plus, without being overly complex. I love it. It's very useful for staying on top of my health goals. The app is great. It reminds me to move at the top of the hour and even shows me some of my text messages. Essentially, the Inspire exceeded my expectations, especially for the price.

    My Fitbit Story

I've had this Fitbit for 3 weeks now, and though I'm a seasoned Fitbit user (Alta) - this is taking more to get used to. I like the sleep app and the water lock so I can swim and shower with it. My challenge is that it's not tracking my steps when I use the elliptical. I may have a fix from online support (Jason - very helpful), but is a frustration right now - as I'm focused on doing exercise.
