I am a long time owner of a Fitbit and the purchase of this Fitbit was a gift. She is a happy walking machine now.

The one area where this is an improvement over the Alta is the water resistance. Other than that, it's a big fail as basic Fitbits go. First, the alarm - it's so feint it can barely be felt. After looking at the Fitbit help site, this seems to be an issue for a lot of people. Second, the strap is ugly - and that's a given with most Fitbits. But this one is extremely to remove so that an aftermarket strap can be switched it. You have to have tiny fingers and good dexterity. There are a few other improvements but the downsides make my old Alta just as functional for me if not more so. Also, Fitbit hasn't solved the "trying to sync" on multiple devices. If you want to sync on more than one device, it requires a lot of resetting each time you do it. NOT worth the effort. I'm planning to return and keep looking for something water-resistant to update my Alta.

Surpassed my expectations. the features are better than advertised. I would definitely recommend it.

Was looking to upgrade existing Fitbit Alta to a similar sized Heart Rate Tracker. This was the perfect choice.

I forgot to make a review, for about 6 months it was great but now the battery dies faster and it incorrectly says I am doing swimming laps when I am actually jogging or fast walking. I mean it still works pretty decently. I like that it tells me the hours I have slept and it has a silent alarm.

I enjoy this watch it much more reasonable in price than the Apple Watch and does more for the health

Fitbit works great and motivates you to get your steps. I highly recommend.

Awesome activity tracker! Really enjoy Fibit. Great price for their devices.

I had trouble pairing so the Associate tried without any luck and exchanged for another. It took over an hour to pair. It worked for two weeks and no longer synced. The help desk told me that the tracker is not compatible with my Droid phone. I wasted a lot of time. I am also disappointed that it does not track pool walking.

Only have to charge it every week or so. Tells me the time every time I lift my hand. Really cool tech

Perfect to check the heart rate when you sleep, and it remember you with the alarm to stay in motion
