Great if not wanting to track your swimming. On occasion it doesn't count your steps. I'm trying to figure out how it adds steps once in a while when I'm driving my car.

Bought this to monitor my steps each day. It inspires me to get up and move to see how many I can accumulate during random times that I would normally be immobile,

It does what it says but I eventually quit wearing it. Think about whether this is something you want to commit to before buying.

I really like my Fitbit and the best part is that it is in synch with the WW app and my activity points are already calculated for me! Going to the gym is awesome!

Felt great on the wrist. I liked the notifications. Texts were not great, as it only shows the last one received and not the whole text chain.

My daughter likes this. The color and style is nice looking. The price could've been cheaper because there is nothing special about it.

This was purchased as a gift for my grandmother. Her first Fitbit band had broken So I replaced it with this one. She loves it and the color makes a statement as well.

The results are too small for senior citizens. I prefer the Altra which was easier to read but which is no longer available.

Really like the watch and all the features, but sometimes (~10%) has issues syncing with app on my phone.

Great upgrade from the Alta HR! Switching bands was a serious pain for about a week, but it's gotten better. Band "pins" are downright annoying.

I got this watch for my daughter. After spending several hours setting it up, which was a chore in of itself, the watch stopped syncing properly after just two days. The process of trying to debug it, while FitBit is more or less shut down from Covid, was a total waste of time. If you check the internet you'll see lots of complaints about sync problems. Fitbits solution is to restart your computer/tablet or the phone - multiple times. In our case, the watch would not even restart properly! Overall, this device seems very poorly thought out, and the support for it is equally bad. I want my wasted time back!

Have issues with it that are resettable. Display sometimes will show information. Can reset

The only thing I don’t like is the charger. Doesn’t stay on - easily falls off - and sometimes does not charge.

This is the sweetest lavender color watch ever! It’s so cute and motivating and beautiful! Makes me so happy. 100% recommend getting it ASAP!

So glad I made this purchase. It helps to keep you motivated and accountable. It had me jogging around my room at 10pm just to reach my set goal.

The display is very small, can't see my steps unless I wear glasses or look on my phone. Everything else about this Fitbit is great.

My only complaint about this product is that they tweaked the design enough that the Alta HR wristbands arent compatible with this new device.

bought two of these for my daughters. with the current pandemic underway best buy took the proper steps to stay open and made it simple for pick up.

Love the sleek style and ease of operation. Just wish they had different colored wrist straps to choose from.

My daughter wants a way to track her activity, easily. She normally hates watches..but this is small, functional and meets her needs perfectly. She loves it.
