It’s not comfortable to wear on my wrist so I carry it in my pants pocket. Also the app consumes my cell phone’s battery so I deleted the app.

I thought it felt very cheap for $100. My thoughts were correct when it broke after 45 days of wearing it. The screen went completely black and it just kept vibrating every couple of minutes. Of course too late to take back to BestBuy. Having to send it to FitBit and hoping they will replace it.

I liked the watch, but this one in particular wouldn't sync with my phone. Decided to upgrade to the Charge 3, which works amazing.

No option for date on clock face; battery life shorter than expected. Price right but as my 3rd Fitbit should have purchased another.

Disappointed with how long the watch holds the charge. I have to charge it every day. When I get up in the morning it’s always dead.

Not sure if it’s the lilac ones (which doesn’t seem logical) but this is my wife’s 3rd one. Best Buy swapped the first one bc it was only a few days after the purchase. 2nd one she lost interest in it after that broke.... no display. Third one arrived a few weeks ago from the company and is still sitting in a box waiting to be opened.

Records steps when sleeping, over-records steps when you aren't. It's not over 100 steps from my bed to the bathroom and no matter how hard I try, I can't walk 4 miles on a 2-acre lot when taking the dogs out to poop. This is an over-priced heart monitor and even that feature seems suspect. There's no way to adjust the sensitivity of the device, changing from dominant to non-dominant (physically or in Settings) makes no difference. Going on the Fitbit website I see many users have complained about the same problems for which Fitbit's reps attempt to explain it away, but wind up admitting their devices are inaccurate. Don't buy this. There are free apps on your iPhone and Android that are capable of doing a much more accurate job of tracking your activity.

I am disappointed with this product. I wanted to see how I was sleeping but at least half the time it doesn't measure my sleep. It doesn't count my steps on the stair stepper. I can't see the screen except in the shade or at night. I always have to look up how to see how much battery power I have left. I think that a cheap knock off would have done the job just as well.

HR was way off, it’s extremely sensitive, had issues updating in app...I mean I can go in and on. If you bought it, return it! If your thinking of buying it don’t waste your time! I do have one positive thing to say-compared to the Apple Watch I replaced it with, I loved the color and how discrete this one was!

So the Heart Rate is always 50-70 too high, I have seen others complain as well, I bought a second to compare them, same issue. I then compared all three to my Fitbit Versa and the two Inspire were the same and way off, the versa matched my manual take of my HR. Something is wrong in the design, returning it.
