My watch broke after a few months.

Step counter is sensitive

I tried adjusting settings, but it didn't help much. This item wasn't a good pick for me personally.

Disappointed

I’ve noticed in the last 2 weeks it’s ability to keep a charge started to dwindle. Now the charge lasts maybe a day if that. Highly disappointed. Not to mention it randomly won’t monitor sleep info. To spend $100 and it only last 3-4 months is not cool.

Giving up on Fitbit

The charger included is a VERY POOR design! I went through some difficulties with previous Fitbits not charging, draining battery too quickly, etc but I thought I would give them another chance. I’m disappointed in Fitbit all together. I did like my experience shopping at Best Buy though!!!
