Fit bit does not accurately keep track of steps. Largest band size is too small.

Not bad for what it does. Wish the information was brighter. Very hard to read text/emails.

    Worst Fitbit I've ever had

It intermittently stops tracking heatbeat, it no longer wakes when I turn my wrist, and it NEVER syncs unless I manually sync it. The charger is also horribly designed. Since it doesn't clip into it like other Fitbits do, it stops charging if you accidentally touch it.

I liked the watch when it was working properly. After 8 months, stopped tracking my sleep, and heart rate unreliable. I called before the 12 month warranty up, and they just kept telling me to reset the watch. Now the watch will not charge at all.

I like the watch very much. My one objection to it is that it is too small. I’m not able to read the steps when I’m in the pool and because of the black screen it is difficult to read too. I wish I would have gotten a bigger model that would have been easy to read like my Garmin.

After two weeks of wearing the Fitbit watch my pulse started racing and caused me concern. I never had this happen before, so I took off the watch and it stopped and has never returned. I'm sorry that I'm wired that way because I love what the watch does. But it's not for me.

This product was to replace my lost fitbit HR. Brockton store mgr. helped with the setup, etc. Great service! HOWEVER, after that things went down hill. Had to log in several calls to fitbit, since it would not work properly, ea. time theybrought it back to zero and started all over again, while I had to wait and then it still did not work. Asked for more experienced help and it took 4 calls. THe display changes for no reason, does not show date, the info. is not accurate. I have tested the heart rate with another device, step count not accurate, sleep details also wrong. Asked for a replacement since it is obviously defective, but they refused. I have spent more time on phone. I had the prior fitbit for 2 years, never an issue with ANYTHING, obviously an inferior product. I don't know where to go at this point.
