Almost junk! Not as good as first. This is my second Fitbit. Issues: this watch does not allow you to monitor you exercise heart rate ON THE APP. which the previous did allow. (Note: Without paying for premium upgrade fee. Recovering from heart stent I like to monitor my heart rate and play music on my phone while I exercise. When doing Cardio- my hands are occupied on elliptical handles. Some genius at fit bit had to change something important and charge more. Who needs resting heart rate (on app)vs immediate actual? You can look at watch screen but not as easy when on elliptical. Especially during sprint intervals when you are pushing harder. Thus stationary phone screen is easier to monitor. This watch downloads info after exercise. Design team at fit bit missed the boat.

I had trouble pairing so the Associate tried without any luck and exchanged for another. It took over an hour to pair. It worked for two weeks and no longer synced. The help desk told me that the tracker is not compatible with my Droid phone. I wasted a lot of time. I am also disappointed that it does not track pool walking.

Its ok for what I needed it for, wish I could see the time when I am outside, got it to keep track of my steps and it does that very well, price was very reasonable, haven't used the HR yet I just don't want to wear it to bed, so I would recommend this product for your calorie count and step count.

This is my first Fitbit. The battery didn't last long at first but now it goes longer on a charge. Don't like that you have to pay for things like heart rate at night. The plastic band begins to smell if you don't wash it daily even without working out. I can also just swing my arm and it will count as steps. Also doesn't always light up when I flip my wrist. It also goes into exercise mode on it's own. Oh well nothing is perfect.
