    Another A+ device

Have been using Fitbit for five-plus years and was a great natural progression to this device. Only drawback, which I've seen others mention is the charging cord is very small and magnetic - sometimes unsure if it's "clicked" in correctly.

It's a good digital watch that measures your heart rate but nothing fancy. I honestly don't use it much, the battery ran out quick on the first one and I had to have it replaced by Fitbit.

I am glad my niece gave my sister her Fitbit, we encourage each other to walk. Fitbit-Inspire HR is excellent for helping to get fit by walking, swimming or whatever activity. There is plenty of help and encouragement. I talked about it so much my friend brought one.

I like it. Does not hold a charge very well though. And the display doesn’t work when raising my arm. But it does still log steps and work when the button is clicked.

I've only started utilizing this about 2 weeks ago. I really like it a lot. Gives lots of data and information, and also can track the daily information into monthly stats. There is even so much more I can do with it that I haven't even started yet. Glad I finally purchased one!!

It's light weight but sweat seems to have damaged the charge connectors after a little over a year. It still charges but have to mess with sometimes to get it to charge.

    Planned Obsolescence - 2 years

As my first tracker, the Inspire HR was incredibly helpful, until I had it for a year. It started having bluetooth connectivity issues, and I learned it's much more compatible with Apple devices than Android devices. I also learned that ALL FitBit trackers stop working at around 2 years. Two days ago, my product had a bunch of white static and the screen went blank. It still charges and syncs, but there is no longer a screen display. Fitbit offers no repairs, just a 35% discount. In fact, you'll be hard-pressed to find anyone that can repair it. Buy the 2 year warranty, and I guess Best Buy can help? Sadly, I did not.

This was for my wife who is quite happy with it. It replaced an earlier model fitbit that "lost it's mind'. My wife likes the simplicity of the device as she is not technically oriented and just wants something that "does the job".

I loved my Alta HR, and unfortunately it died and I needed to get a new Fitbit. I wasn't crazy about the look of the Inspire HR, but it is much better looking in person. I'm still getting used to the features, but so far I really do like the Inspire HR.

It worked well for the past month then after that it would track my aerobics exercise as running. It was pretty accurate for counting steps. It is nice cause it’s small and keeps time

I like having a fitbit to remind me to stay active. I have a desk job, so the little reminders are nice. I also appreciate if I want to travel light during exercise, I can leave my more expensive smart watch at home and just rock the fitbit.

This Fitbit model was a real disappointment. It may look sleek and feminine, but it's a piece of junk. It was a pain in the backside to set up. It only works when linked to an iPhone or Android that must be carried in order to make the Inspire HR work. More than half the time one has to retrieve the information from the iPhone anyway because the Sync and Refresh is constantly failing. The problems got worse after a recent firmware update that was full of bugs. The update left the Inspire HR with nothing but a horizontal line across it's face, apparently the Fitbit equivalent of Microsoft's Blue Screen of Death, for days. Three separate calls to tech support failed to remedy the issue, so Fitbit emailed me a voucher for a free Inspire HR replacement or half price discount for another, more expensive model. They gave me no instructions for returning the defective device, or redeeming the voucher. It was already too late to return it to Best Buy. In the meantime, the Inspire HR magically started to work again, but only for a short time. At present, besides the repeated Sync and Refresh failures, it frequently fails to recharge, and the motion sensor feature which lights up the screen no longer works. The button on the side needs to be repeatedly tapped in order to turn on the screen and retrieve information. Fitbit quality control needs to take this model back to the drawing board. In the meantime I'm using my iPhone for fitness tracking and step counting. Unfortunately, the worthless half price Fitbit voucher can't be used for an iWatch.

I love Fitbit! My first Fitbit was an alta and it was always with me. My second smart watch was an apple watch, which in my opinion was ok. If I had to choose I would go with FB because it offers a lot more data and info without the fees or work. The Inspire HR is holding up great so far!

This is great for the basic fitbit user. It seems much less sophisticated or fancy than a higher-end Fitbit or the iWatch but unless you are super obsessed with documenting every little bit of your life then this is perfect. It is great for keeping you on track with your fitness goals!!

About as accurate as a pedometer can be although it'll count anything that resembles an arm switch. Only issue so far is the screen locks up occasionally but I've found giving it a little twist when placing it on the charger fixes that.

Replaced Alta HR with Inspire HR. Excellent product. One star off for the charging. Everything has to be set perfect for it to continue charging. Alt HR clamped on to charge, much better. We tape it.

I upgraded from the Alta HR which worked well but had issues with the wrist band breaking. I am pleasantly surprised at how much of an upgrade the Inspire HR is. The straps are much more secure, it tracks everything without a problem and it's comfortable for all-day use.

So far, this FitBit works fine. We’ll see how long it lasts. The band is sweat-producing and leads to a lot of itchy skin and an unpleasant odor, so I’ve been cleaning it with isopropyl alcohol every couple of days.

Very impressed with the technology. Easy to track steps, sleep, and heart rate. Battery life could be better but you can improve that by turning off the feature that lights up the screen when you flick your wrist. App is easy to install.

This was a replacement for my Fitbit Alta - Very easy to set up and sync. Love that notifications remain on Fitbit until you clear them. Price was reasonable. Heart rate measurement seems off. All in all , I would recommend this product.
