This is a good device; however, it does capture arm movements as steps. As long as you’re not concerned with being super accurate, it works nicely. The app interface works beautifully and friends help motivate you to exercise more.

    Malfunctions

I purchased the Fitbit Inspire HR because it's waterproof on September 8, 2019. By October the screen malfunctioned (it went black.) The Fitbit was still syncing to my telephone and keeping track of my HR/sleep/steps/etc. Fitbit sent me a replacement October 15th. Its Dec 2nd and my screen has malfunctioned again, the clock works fine but I am unable to swipe up or down to see my stats and the battery is no longer holding charge. Just as the first time, it is syncing to my phone and keeping track of everything just fine. Unfortunately, I no longer have the option to return it. Fitbit is sending me another replacement and this time I will refrain from getting it wet and be extra cautious with it. I've had two other Fitbits (different models) and never had a problem with them. I can't help but to think maybe swimming in it/getting it wet (it is the only thing I have done differently from different models) is what is causing it to malfunction.

Purchased this item as a gift for a nephew and you should have seen his eyes. It was exactly what he wanted. He put it on and hasn't taken it off yet, except to charge it. He loves that it counts his steps. He hasn't stopped moving since he put it on.

Its good size for 2-3 people. But when cooking I could smell something weird almost like burnt fish smell (too hard to describe). It works fine wish I would bought a different one.

for $100, its a pretty affordable fitness tracker. the only CON is that the front face is NOT corning gorilla glass, its plastic and scratches easily, maybe in the future the version 3 fitbit and ALL fitbits will have gorilla glass

Love it, but it’s not entirely accurate

I love my new Fitbit, but it’s not entirely accurate. If I shake my arm a bit, suddenly I’ve “walked” 20 steps! Don’t wear it on a riding mower, or you will jump thousands of steps! Nice big face numbers, syncs to my health app.

I highly recommend. The challenges available with Fitbit app, plus the durability and comfort of the band on the Inspire is ideal fit for me. I’ve lost about 15lbs in a month with tracking my health and motivating me to go to the gym due to my Fitbit tracker.

Bought this for my wife, she had an older Fitbit that died on her. She loved the color and all the features this upgraded model has. Recently the Fitbit also received an update that gave her the face she really wanted. The sleep tracker also works pretty go.

My husband bought the Fitbit for me but we later purchased the Apple Watch. It was great for time and steps, however, the battery ran down quickly and didn’t meet my needs.

Although a little annoying at first to set up, I love the amount of detail it provides me personally about my own health statistics. And shows me stats in real time. It’s like know your own stats in a video game. Quite neat.

There are so many choices these days it's hard to decide. So I did some research and narrowed it down to 3 choices. With Best Buy's online side by side comparision...I was able to easily make my pick! Fits (no pun intended) my needs perfect!

I got this for my wife's birthday to replace her old Alta. She loves it. Setting it up is a bit of a pain but that is because of Fitbit's insistence on not making things easy to find. I had to use her phone to complete the setup.

I love my fitbit. It is an incredible tool. I've had it for a few weeks and absolutely love it. Although I have a problem with it now-it will only show me the time of day now for the last few days. I don't know what to do. Any advise?

Mis placed my last style fit bit so I had to get a new 1. My previous 1 was slightly wider and I kinda liked that it was easier to see but not so ridiculous huge like the apple or Samsung watch for everyday use....

I brought this tracker thinking it would be perfect for me and quickly discovered that it has a screen glitch. There were numerous time when the screen went black and the only way to fix it was to attach to the charge and do a soft reset, which is really annoying when the charger is not nearby for it to be fixed. Outside of that, it worked okay and if it wasn't for the screen issue I probably would have chosen to stay with Fitbit instead of getting a Samsung watch.

Her 4 year Fitbit no longer charged, so had to replace it. Just fell into good sale at Best Buy. A bit of a learning curve for my wife, since the Inspire HR functionally changed from her old model.

I love everything about my Fitbit except the way you charge it. If you are not careful, it might not be charging because there is nothing to hold it to the charger. You have to make sure it is laying a certain was.

Appears to be a good watch so far although only worn for a few days. The charging feature is done so by a magnetic connection to the watch which makes for less breakable parts compared to previous models.

I bought it to keep track of steps and my sleep. The sleep monitoring now gives more detailed info rather than just time asleep. I like the fact that you can choose some display options. It would be even better if those were more customizable.
