Fitbit Has Many Competitors

I could get this device to communicate with my new Samsung Galaxy A7 5G smartphone, and contacted Fitbit for help. They eventually informed me that my new smartphone was not compatible with any Fitbit tracker products. So, I returned the Fitbit Inspire HR to Best Buy. Best Buy handled the return promptly and without question. Since buying/returning the Fitbit I have tried about 6 other trackers and have settled on the Samsung Galaxy Fit (also purchased from Best Buy). The other 5 trackers I tried (and returned) were purchased through Amazon. Most of the trackers worked okay but the smartphone app that accompanied the tracker was not good (veryfitpro). So my final statement-- Fitbit has many competitors and many are better and cheaper.
