I am sure it is not common, but they still have not been able to resolve this manufacturer's error.

Screen can't be viewed out doors in sun or cloudy

It's a beautiful product works great,but the screen is to small and you you can't see the time or anything in sunny or cloudy conditions.if I can't check heart rate or distance while biking or running what good is it.
