i like that it syncs with everything, including Spark people - but i don't know how accurate it is. everyone's stride is different. i am 5'2 and someone who is 6'2 takes longer strides than i do. However, if you take the info know that it is not 100% accurate it is a good guage to compare day to day movement.

It is small enough to wear all of the time to track my everyday movements. It is convenient to monitor on my computer, tablet, and windows phone.. The only drawback is that it doesn't sync with any of my devices except my computer.

Very happy with my purchase. I have an HR but purchased the one to use when I did not want to wear a band on my wrist. Also, the one counts more steps than the HR when I'm pushing a stroller or shopping cart.

I had a Flex, and was given an Alta, but traded it for the One. I no longer wanted a 2nd watch, and the One tracked all I wanted. I just occasionally forget to transfer it to my workout clothes at they gym.

My wife loves this product and now walks 10+ miles a day.

Great product! Helps me to stay motivated and move more. I love being able to link with friends. It's small so I can click it on my pocket and I don't even know it's there.

Had the Fitbit flex which band broke and gave me step credit when I wasn't walking so got the One instead. It syncs up with phone, pad, and Withings scale, etc. the sleep band is a goofy width but it tracks sleeping well. Fits nicely into pockets or clips nicely on the waist band, overall good product.

I have found this to be pretty accurate counting steps. I love seeing how much the flower grows after I've been active. It's nice to be able to see how you sleep at night. I recommend this product to anyone who is interested.

The Fit One is anonymous unlike the bracelets I like that.

It's fun to use my fitbit to compete on line with friends.

I love my fitbit! It's easy to see at a glance how you are doing during the day and a gentle reminder to get up from the computer and get moving! I do occasionally have a problem with a small piece on the back clip coming off.

This purchase has been a life changing experience for me.

This Fitbit was exactly what I was looking for. It is small enough to wear under your clothes without being noticed. The battery lasts a really long time. I love that you can challenge friends and make it fun.

Nice features. Clip has a tendency to pop off belt or fabric. Recommend using band or case to secure.

Had a heart attack in December 2013. It's important for me to keep my weight down and exercise up. The FitBit keeps track of everything I need to know to stay healthy.

Was at first skeptical that this would be just another tracking device but it has proved to be much more for me. Keeps me motivated. To wanted to get out there to exercise.

Love the Fitbit because it tracks steps and calories with no fuss at all. Keeps me motivated to move more to accomplish daily goal. Haven't used the sleep tracker yet so don't know how that works. Love using it every day.
