I used to use the body bugg which was very bulky - both the monitor and the receiver (watch), however the fitbit is small and comfortable to wear. The fitbit also tracks the number of floor climbed, the body bug does not.

It's great for what I want. I don't usually track my sleep but I'm sure it is useful. I wish their software was a little better without having to buy an upgrade. All in all I love it for my needs. Battery life is good.

I bought this when I lost my fit bit ultra. It is not as accurate as the ultra, and the calorie count is significantly lower. The clip is a big upgrade over the ultra (broke two), but sometimes it gets caught on things, and falls off. Overall it is a good product and syncs better with Mac computers.

The Fitbit was purchased to track my steps (mileage) each day. Regardless if playing golf or working int he yard or shopping, it knows how far I went. This device is highly if you are interested in such information.

Wanted a way to monitor my sleep and this has been great for that! The other monitoring has also been very helpful. I think there is a way to sync the device using my cell phone. But haven't figured that out ye.

I couldn't be happier with the FitBit One. It was simple to set up and holds power for nearly a week before it needs charging. Ii really love the sleep monitoring feature - other fitness tools don't offer that feature.

You may think you know how active you are every day, but chances are, your perceptions are inflated. Fitbit allows a more precise count and gives great feedback. Looks like it will be a valuable tool for personal fitness.

Great product. Would recommend! Very motivating! I found that the pedometer aspect is less accurate than other pedometers that I have used and counts steps better when I am wearing shoes, as opposed to socks or bare feet.

I think that this product is a great way to keep track of your walking and sleep. It makes me aware everyday of how I am doing in meeting my goals. I have recommended it to three other people who have also bought it.

Originally bought the flex but had skin sensitivity to the rubber band so switched to the one. It's easy to hide and comes with a neoprene band to wear it at night to track sleeping patterns. Fairly accurate but seems a bit off on tracking the flights of stairs climbed. Seems to be optimistic
