Overall a great device for the money. It tracks steps, miles walked, flights of stairs and sleep. Wearing it compells you to take the stairs and possiblypark further away.

I love my Fitbit One. It has helped me lose over 40 pounds in 6 months by keeping me motivated and helping me see the progress I am making everyday. I love this device and it is much better than any of the wristband types including Fitbit's own, they tend to inflate your numbers by anywhere fro 10-20% as they pick up all arm movement as well as your steps, giving you a false sense of accomplishment and skewing your results quite alot. I highly recommend this device.

I enjoy the Fitbit one but have been disappointed that I can not purchase a wrist band to change it from the clip on.

The FitBit is a great tracker. It motivates you to keep moving and let's you know how you're doing. I love it!

I have one and bought this for my sister. We can compete with each other on who gets more steps in a day and week.

started with the Ultra model which broke after six months and i replaced it with the 'ONE' model which is much studier and should last. Biggest plus is competing with friends on the internet on who has the most steps per week and being able to communicate on fitbit.com with them. i am in my 10th month and have lost 20 lb. and i feel that the competitive atmosphere is the main reason along with a sensible diet. i am up to a consistent walk of five miles a day average vs. in the past i would have been lucky to do that in a week. another plus is it gets both myself and my wife out on an almost daily basis for the walks.

Got this for my son and he loves it! It fits just right in his pocket and helps keep him active!

This is a great device. I don't like having something on my wrist, so the small device that can fit in my pocket or clip to my pants is ideal. It integrates well with the Fitbit app. The only complaints I have are that the reset procedure is a little clunky and hard to figure out how to do, and once every few weeks the phone app won't find the device. Once in this state, I have to reset the device and reboot the phone.
