Great product to help in your weight loss journey

It's great because it easily attaches to your pants pocket and you forget that you are wearing it. I use it in conjunction with some other apps. The syncing is seamless and all of my apps are working harmoniously. If you are serious about weight loss or staying fit, I'd absolutely recommend giving one of the fitbit products a tryout.

My first one, the button fell out of it. Strange. Was easily replaced though. Despite that hiccup I love my fit bit and my husband loves his as well. It is so motivating to keep you moving and continuously improving.

The fitbit is a great steps tracker

When you see how many steps you have had in a day it makes you want to do more to get to your goal. Sometimes it seems to miss a flight a stairs on the stair tracker, but accurate for the most part. But the sleep tracker seems to not really know if you are awake or not. If you are awake but not moving while trying to go back to sleep it says you have not been awake...
