Great Tracker!!

I am a woman and don't want to wear a bracelet tracker. Not attractive! The only negative would be that I forgot to remove my first one and it went through the wash and died. I now have a post it note on my bathroom counter to remind myself to take it off and put it there each night.

Great Product

My company participates in a Wellness program so this device helps me track my progress. One problem that many others have had is that some of the devices shipped with a flawed charger that made it almost impossible to remove the Fitbit from without breaking it. I contacted customer support and they shipped me out a new device the next day with a much improved charger.

Hard to understand how to use it

After I subscribed to the website, I realized that it was hard to figure out how to use the product. It has great features and is a good size but I couldn't figure out how to use them.
