I've used this much more than I thought I would. I love that it synchs to my iPhone. The graphics keep me very goal oriented. Always sits in my pocket during day and I don't know it's there and I clip it on my gym shorts when I work out. Highly recommended!

I love the fitbit. I wear it all the time and no one knows I have it on. It encourages you to set goals and tracks everything for you. I don't use half of the things in it, but it does what I want it to except for the sleep tracker. That doesn't work very well. Otherwise, I would have given it 5 stars for tracking and reliability!

Steps may be accurate, but conversion to miles depends on stride length and no matter what I enter, the calculation doesn't match known trail lengths. No GPS so elevation tracking is just by # of flights, not too useful. Sleep tracking is inaccurate -- counts me as asleep, when I am just still. Don't care about the food/calorie tracking.

I would recommend this product for anyone who wants to seriously track their daily calorie burn. It's a great product for the money and very versatile. I like that I can link my Fitbit account with my My Fitness Pal account where I log my food and exercise each day.

I love my fitbit! I love that the one tracks my stairs unlike the flex which a couple of my friends have the flex and they are always jealous that my fitbit shows how many flights I've done in a day! I also love that on the fitbit app you can encourage our taunt your friends, it definitely pushes me to go that extra mile!

This is my second Fitbit One--I lost the first one after using it for a couple of years and decided to replace it with another of the same model. I don't like wearing a device on my wrist--I like my jewelry too much--and I wanted one that counted flights of stairs. It works well and does what I want.

The Fitbit is great for someone beginning to drive awareness of personal activity. In the beginning, I struggled to get to 10,000 steps a day. But, it was my personal goal and I achieved it. Now, I step at least 15,000 a day. The sleep tracking is a little challenging. The wristband is comfortable, but the fitbit falls out easily.
