I heard from a friend that this would be an excellent way to motivate my fitness and help me reach my goals. After one month of use - I agree! It's fun to use the goals and compete against friends and family to help each other be fit.

My review its a Great tool to track numbers, yet it's small.size and the clip should have a sturdy clip to better keep the Fitbit one, more secure, i.e. keep track of it to prevent loss.

Would say good product for the price. Easy to use.

Love my Fit Bit One. I bought this particular model because I don't like wearing anything on my wrists especially when I'm sweating. I actually clip it to my sneaker to calculate my steps when riding a bike.

I love the fitbit one - I upgraded from the zip (after washing and ruining) and glad I did. While I had no complaints about the zip I really do like the sleep tracker and stair counter on the one. Very happy with the accuracy as well.

I definitely walk longer and keep better track of exercise with the FitBit. Fun to compare notes with friends. Great gizmo for the tech-minded individual who needs a little push to exercise regularly. Hard to read statistics on it in the daylight.

Fitbit One has met my needs perfectly. It slips easily into a pocket and never gets in the way. Setup and syncing are fast and easy. I also really like the weekly summaries of my activities that Fitbit emails to me.

This activity tracker does everything that the company says it does. I had difficulty setting it up on my phone the first time but followed the instructions and figured it out. I wish that it had the ability to log BP on the phone app

This is one of the best investments I've ever made. I wear it daily and love that it keeps me accountable for reaching my daily goals and tracks all of my information for me. Excellent app integration and I never use my computer to connect.

I love tracking my activity with the Fitbit One. It keeps me aware of downtime.. My favorite is the ability to access the food tracker from any PC and off of the restaurants in the tracker which has made it so easy to watch calories.

I really have gotten hooked on reaching my goals on a daily basis. It has become a way of life for me and at 67 I wish I had one 50 years ago. I lost my other Fitbit and went out the next day to purchase another.

Great little tool, gives me an accurate read on how active I actually am. Easy to hide under work clothes when and if necessary. I would recommend to anyone looking to get a better grasp on their level of activity on a day to day basis!

If you need something to motivate you to keep walking each day, then this is probably a good thing. But I would think you can find a cheaper way to keep you motivated. Not sure if I have a bad device or if it is the norm, but I have a heck of a time getting my device to sync with my computer. This was one of the main reasons I wanted a fitbit, is to see my progress. I also have to question the accuracy of the steps you take. I wore two devices for two days and they were 500-700 step difference. You can set your stride length in the settings section of the fitbit. I don't feel the device is worth the cost. I would consider it for $25-$30, but not the $100 that it is currently being sold for today.

This is a great tracker and syncs with other apps. It helps keep you motivated to walk those extra steps. Works great with My Fitness Pal. Using both of them I lost @ 25 lbs. Would recommend to everybody. Love the sleep tracker too.

Great product to help monitor physical activity and motivate for productivity. Process can be easily reviewed on the device and online. Can be worn in numerous ways to meet business and personal needs without advertising to the world.

The results are generated via computer. A great monitor if you are computer savvy. I was looking for so something I could monitor from my wrist. The Fitbit results are monitored through your computer which I find complicated.

I use my fitbit everyday. I like the fitbit one as it clips on. I have enough stuff on my wrists that the clip on is perfect for me. I do competitions with a bunch of people. The fitbit keeps me motivated.

I purchased this item to maintain walking distance in the morning and to keep me honest, but it has come to be much more. You can use to monitor what you eat, what you weigh, and set realistic goal - helps monitor and achieve.

Got this upgraded model as I wanted to be able to monitor my sleep patterns. When I contacted the company to say it wasn't working properly, they replied that I needed to go to the website and download the update, which I did. Which I had to end up doing every day to get it to show up on my dashboard. But then it intermittently stopped showing up even when I updated. When it does show up, it counts all my inactive time as sleep time. So it'll say I got 13-18 hrs of sleep when it was realistically 6-7 hrs. I do like the small size, but the sleep monitor is worthless.

I love my fitbit. This latest purchase was a gift for a friend. The more friends you have using the product the better. We are a competitive group and with fitbit we can see exactly how everyone is doing and even cheer them on.
