    I bought this for my husband but its not what we'd hoped for. It would say he was walking up he stairs when he wasn't. It tracks sleep but you have to start and end it which you could do by watchi the clock. It was good with counting calories but didn't sync as easily as it said it would.

    After being in Weight Watchers and using their version of the fitbit (you must be a member and pay an additional fee), I hoped this would be like theirs. That product measures when I reach a higher metabolism rate through exercise. It gave me goals and was more user friendly. I had to plug it in, but when I did, I could see my activity by the hour and it gave tips like exercise earlier in the day to burn more calories. I could not wait to look at it each day. It was very interactive and a good product for a boomer who is not real computer savvy. The fitbit sends me e-mails such as, You have walked 49,000 steps. Who cares, what did I do today? What did I do yesterday? It did not have me wear it a week and then set goals to increase activity if I want to lose weight. It was a waste of $100.
