Sense Screen Cracked, Fitbit warranty a joke

Had watch for 1 month, never dropped watch or was never rough with the watch, will never buy another Fitbit product ever again, there products have gone downhill, quality is crap! Woke up today and my sense screen is cracked all the way across, it is no longer waterproof! I am very careful with my equipment, treated this watch with care and it still cracked, screen seems very weak, Fitbit will not replace and does not stand behind there products! Don’t buy this product, but something better! Apple Watch Samsung or something, but don’t buy a Fitbit whatever you do, warranty is a joke, they know there screens are bad on the sense but still will not replace!

Thru no fault of our own, the band detached and screen hit the floor after one month. The screen protectors that would work are really cheap looking things that cover some of the sensors. Of course warranty void and only option was a small discount for new item. No third party option to replace glass except this one site charging 200 for a screen, and that is just for that part. No thanks. Found sleep tracker to be inaccurate. The ecg is ok. Recommend Plastic protector that slips over sides and remove for ecg and stress function. The film type protectors won't work well enough and won't stick long due to curve anyway. If have apple or Samsung phone go for those. If I had wanted an ecg and using an LG phone this was my option at that time. Only advantage this has is battery life. The picture is before and after windshield crack resin. hundreds of tiny cracks and sharp edges sticking up. The band attach mechanism very weak and caused this.

Fitbit certainly is helping me in my fitness goal and sleep goals. Enjoy premium membership for 6 months and realize the benefits. Love the long battery life. Doesn’t sync with iPhone Health but it’s okay. You might miss seeing the Historical part.

This is a crap watch. The Versa and Ionic were a lot better. Check out the screen in the pic. Additionally, it sometimes takes several presses of the home button to wake up the screen. Very disappointed in Fitbit.

Only Fabulous! Nothing more I can say. It has good Functionality, Reminders, Health Awareness Features while still telling you what time it is and what the weather is outside. A must have for those with AFIB or AFIB concerns like sleep apnea. Put it on your Holiday List you will not disappoint.

Watch does everything it’s supposed to and works great tracking but I woke up after two weeks with a cracked screen. I don’t even remember bumping it hard enough to crack. Contacted Fitbit and found out there is nobody who replaces the screen on the watch. At 400$, they made a smart watch you can’t get fixed. Online forum shows this is a huge defect with the watch and Fitbit just suggests buying another watch. What a joke.

I read not only the reviews prior to purchasing but also read about the features of it. I am not disappointed as this watch is everything and more of what I expected. Because I have a big wrist the bands it came with didn’t fit so I had to order one.

Worst choice of my life Don't buy fitbit products A month after the warranty was over it started to malfunction Now is trapped in a restart loop. Customer support is awful They send you a warranty review email which basically is them telling you "hey here is a coupon 35% discount, buy a new watch" Won't spend another dollar on fitbit.

I absolutely loved this FitBit sense. I treated it well, wore often but not always. Although “water resistant” and advertised to be able to be worn in the pool, I think I only did twice. This weekend it broke. The face just fell off. It was not dropped or hit, I just went to check time and the face was falling off. Very disappointed that Fitbit will not replace as this is barely 2 years old.

Nice watch!!! Good feel. I liked the basic screen that came on the watch, however, if you track sleep the basic screen comes up short. It does not display battery life, and we all know those batteries need charging.
