IT took a little time to setup (must read instructions) but I love it!

A life time of watch wearing has left me a little taken aback to the quality of the device as a time piece; however, I enjoy it much more than wearing two devices. I had to return the first one due to it locking on the clock screen and no longer accepting a charge. Best Buy was awesome in getting a new replacement device. Will have to see how fragile the device is overall.

Nice fitness watch, easy to use with good and complete functionalities

This watch has great functionality, GPS tracking when excercising, sleep monitoring, heart rate, notification and ability to display text message received on your phone, and call info. The watch is bulky and the basic LCD display not as pretty as an Apple Watch, but has GPS built in, so you don't have to bring your phone to use the GPS for tracking your workout.

The Fitbit surge is a great watch. Good features and good battery life. I recommend this watch to anyone who is looking into finding a watch for fitness and everyday use.

Really fun to have. Great with keeping up with your activities, food intake and calorie count. Actually started loosing weight because fitbit helps me watch my calories.

Tracks steps very well, although swinging your arm will count as steps.

This provides all of the great features provided by Fitbit but it's a little too large and the strap does cause some rash. I don't understand why the couldn't use a stainless steel strap.

It's a great watch, I use it to track my ride while mountain biking.

Would better if the battery lasted longer. Great for almost any workout

Not very difficult to understand this watch - much easier than GPS

Heart rate monitor and GPS are great features for this watch. GPS could be a little bit more accurate but considering it coming from a watch and not your smart phone.....good enough for me. Music controls are a plus as well

The surge does everything you need it to do to be a top fitness tracker. It's comfortable (although a little big), accurate and the companies amazing to work with.

Fits comfortably, easy to read and program with my personal stats.

This Fitbit does everything i wanted! I also use to wear watch but had to stop because of my old job but with this Fitbit it has a watch on it and it easy to use!!

The device is a good motivator to help lose weight and get in shape. Sleep times are not always accurate and flights of stairs appear when riding a motorcycle up a hill. But the device is useful when comparing one day's measurements to the next. Just don't cheat on the food entries. It also integrates with Strava, so keeping track of bicycling is easy.

The size of the unit on my wrist makes it difficult to situate well.

After getting this following the recall of my previous fitbit, i was excited. While the touch screen is good it didn't always work. I found myself constantly having to reset. It did not always register my sleep. It actually became more annoying that I had to reset it almost twice a day. With this model like the previous version i developed a rash on my wrist.

I've enjoyed my Fitbit because it reminds me of how much I'm moving during the day and motivates me to stay on task to reach the 10,000 steps that is recommended.
