Very user friendly. Having said that I'm 77 years young. Love it. Encourages me to use.

I like this one a lot. It tracks a lot of items dealing with your health. I like that I can get notifications on it. I wear it for work to see how many miles I walk a day. Two knocks for me; It tracks the swing of your arm and you have to turn off your blue tooth on your phone to sync with computer.

fitbit surge is good product and easy to set up. i like the idea that it connects to my phone, however whenever i'm holding something in the arm that i wear it, on or at grocery store pushing a cart it does not count your steps.

I track my steps and it is helping me to get up and walk. Also like the sleep monitor.

If you are looking for a smart watch this is not it, but as far as a fitness watch...awesome! Feel naked if I forget it at home.

The surge is great for steps, running, and heartbeat tracking. The band does becomes very worn after a few weeks. Does not capture cycling as accurately. Overall it is a nice device.

Setup does not give you step by step procedures. Difficult to setup for Windows 10. Dongle needed to be updated before i could get the unit to setup. It will not setup while plugged in charger. Once you get it setup, everything works great!!! Band breaks to easy. Battery last only one day. I had to take mine back because it went completely dead and would NOT charge back up. I had it less than a year. I have new one because I purchased the geek squad proctecton. Thank GOD I did that. PLEASE GET GEEK SQUAD PROTECTION PLAN!!!

Fitbit Surge is everything you need to keep track of your calories, fitness, sleep & heart rate. The app is easy to use as well.

I gave this FitBit Surge to my daughter for Christmas and she was thrilled. She will use the GPS to keep track of her runs.

This is a great way to track your fitness boht inside and outside of the gym. The GPS feature for bike rides is an added plus.

It holds your stat's after workout on your watch so you can record your stat's in a log. GPS is good but varies a little with humidity. Elevation give different readings for high humid days and low humid days, may have something to do with cloud cover. But overall its great. Love that it has weights, workout, free run, hiking etc. Also, great timer and if I have my phone on my side it vibrates and lets me know its ringing, great for where I work in a production area. I pick workout with timer if I'm cutting grass (push mower) but if I forget it registers as bike because my hand is stationary on the mower handle.

This fitness tracker has all the features I was looking for all in one unit. It is great. The only downside I have seen so far is that the battery life between each charge is nowhere near as long as item description even when not using gps feature. I do have to charge almost every night.

The product not only performs as advertises, it delivered a few bells and whistles that I didn't expect! Just a little bulky.

This is a great item for fitness and tracking. Also very usable since functions as a smart watch and fitness tracker in one.

Had the flex for over a year, it was time for an upgrade, I am looking forward to the benefits of this new Fitbit Surge!

I bought this after trying the other products and found it hard to wear with a watch. I upgraded to the Surge and I'm happy with the functions available. The only thing I don't like is the rubber band can be uncomfortable when worn all the time especially at night to capture sleep patterns.

I bought the surge for its gps tracking, music skipping ability, and heart rate. However, the text notification function was an issue for me. I did not like all the notifications at the top that would not reset unless you turned off the product and turned it back on. I switched to the charge hr and was more satisfied. Although the charge hr doesn't have gps or music functions, I am happier with that purchase. I work with elementary aged children and the charge hr fit my lifestyle better than the surge.

I hiked around Europe with this and have a detailed record of all of it. I love it. It is comfortable and very functional.

I love this watch with all the functions and the heart rate monitor. I have not had a one problem with it. Gotta have one
