Great smart watch if you are wanting a fit band that handles all your fitness needs and doubles as a watch that connects through Bluetooth to your phone. And battery life is excellent !

I wasnt sure i would like the surge but i actually came to love it. I use it every day an the fact that i can track not only my runs, but also track every time i go to the weight room is an awesome feature. It's a great piece of technology to have if you want to track your every day lifestyle.

I have used the Surge for a week and it's great! I could live with an upgrade on the style, but function is what I was looking for, and the price was just right.

I purchased this watch because my wife has one and she is in love with it. After I received the Large band watch, I found that it fit to the last hole on the band. It would only intermittently give me my heart rate reading due to the positional fitl. I had to return the watch and found that the X-Large has to be ordered direct from FitBit. I have decided to just let my wife enjoy hers.

I gave this to my husband who is a tecno idiot and he could figure out how to use it. He was happy it was keeping track of how many steps a day he was taking

Since getting this I have been using the treadmill daily and climbing multiple flights of stairs. it keeps me motivated so far.

Having problems with having to reboot and the battery not lasting very long. Am working with Fitbit to resolve issue.

Have noticed two problems. It cannot gauge speed on a treadmill and that the heart maonitor has troubles when your arm gets sweaty. Reason for the 4 stars rating.

This is a great product to keep track of all your fitness needs. I love that it gives phone and text notifications

My husband works out at a gym regularly. I bought this watch for him as a Christmas gift. He loves it. I give it 4 out of 5 as it cannot sync to an iPhone.

FitBit adding the HR monitor on the watch was a huge deciding factor in purchasing this product. The caller ID for text messages and phone calls is also a nice benefit. Syncing the phone part to my iPhone and iPad was a little confusing, but I would recommend you do your phone first, then tablet.

I traded Fitbit Surge for Apple I watch. I watch just worked better for me

The watch is very good. I don't think it captures all my steps but it does do a very good job. Wish it had a better battery, I have to charge it every 2 days.

I bought this tracker to motivate myself to get up and out of the house and it definitely does that. Love the interface and how you can really make the watch yours by adding different exercises and taking the ones you don't use off. Love the watch the only thing I'm not totally in love with is that you can't buy different bands like for the blaze and many other brands.

Has been a great device to keep motivation up. Technology could be better/more advanced. Battery life goes quickly.

The display is too dim and the heart rate is not accurate. Like the feature of controlling music from the watch.

Best Buy does not sell the XL version, only the Large version. But the Large is too tight on my wrist. Too Bad!

I like that I can see text messages on the watch, and not have to pull out my phone to read the text. Other features are doing what they're supposed to,

L like having my GPS and heart rate monitor all built near to my watch.

I have had the Surge for about a month now and I LOVE IT! It has motivated me to work harder to meet my daily goals. If I am short on my steps for the day I just get on the treadmill and walk or run till I hit my goal. This last month I have lost about 8lbs since I purchased the Surge!
