I purchased this watch as a gift for my husband and he loves it. It was very user friendly. It is lightweight and not inconvenient to wear.

unlike the fitbits with thinner bands, there isnt any breathing room for your skin so after using the watch for a few weeks my skin started to get really red.

I love looking at my steps, floors climbed and my monitered sleep.

Love this watch. It looks good and feels great. I haven't had any issues with it what so ever.

This product is really great. A little to big for my taste, but it really is an awesome gadget.

Nice device but the shape of the watch face is wedge shaped. so I ended up catching the sharp far edge on coats and sleeves all the time. the phone integration is limited and txt messages kinda piled up on the device...not a simple navigation task.

Works great as advertised, The app is great. I uise this everyday, it helps me stay on track and meet my fitness goals. Very easy to use.

Gave the Fitbit Surge as a Christmas gift, took it out of the box began to charge the watch and register it. Would not complete registration because battery was too low. After charging for eight hours at three different outlet sources still did not have enough battery to continue. Called Fitbit Christmas day and they are sending replacement Fitbit Surge. Hopefully will have more success with next one. Thank you Fitbit for immediate replacement.
