Gave the Fitbit Surge as a Christmas gift, took it out of the box began to charge the watch and register it. Would not complete registration because battery was too low. After charging for eight hours at three different outlet sources still did not have enough battery to continue. Called Fitbit Christmas day and they are sending replacement Fitbit Surge. Hopefully will have more success with next one. Thank you Fitbit for immediate replacement.

I liked the Fitbit Flex but I love the Fitbit Surge. It's just what you need to keep track of everything including exercise and sleep.

Enjoy having a watch with this tracker. So far so good with the band, hoping it holds up better than other reviews I have read. The Fitbit app is really nice for tracking calories.

Its a little big but need this size due to wrist size. Not a huge fan of the weird angle of the watch face but it works as designed.

I'm extremely satisfied with this purchase . It encourages me to get moving. It is very comfortable and holds a charge very well.

Find the Fitbit watch has been an excellent motivator, it allows me to enter into challenges with many people across the country.

Love the features like the incoming text alert. Sleep monitor works well (too honest) ability to set multiple alarms. Great tool!

My husband didn't want a chest strap to keep track of his heart rate. This Fitbit definitely works great and my husband loves it.

This is great for me, as it keeps me moving. I'm pretty lazy, but by having a goal, and seeing where I am every day, this helps.

My husband really wanted this. It was a choice between this and an Apple Watch. I decided on this bc it has GPS for his hiking.

No problems with anything. It works just like everything should. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a fitness watch.

Charging cable is not stable, after plugging, it is very easy for it to disconnect itself. The connector has a very sloppy fit.

I use it for time, alarms, health watch and friendly competition with family and friends.

It does a great job reading my steps and heart rate.

Bought this model of FitBit because of the larger style and the call and text notifications. No issues with this watch at all!!

I don't think the information (heart rate was accurate) and did not find the band comfortable to wear. I did end up returning it - very good idea but execution in my opinion was lacking.
