I enjoyed using my Surge for the first 30 days... unfortunately it stopped working one day and was able to exchange. Fortunately Best Buy allowed to do so, otherwise I would be pretty upset for paying over $200 on a fitness tracker that does not work. Up to the time of failure it lives up to the promises as advertised. My suggestion, buy the extended warranty.

I bought this as a gift for my daughter-in-law after hearing her say she really, really wanted one for her upcoming marathon race in October. I purchased it as an early birthday present. I don't know much about the watch but she is thrilled with it and says it is working perfectly. She said she did have to contact the help line for a minor issue but then got it up and running quickly, She used it for her 10K and my son said she is just so happy with it - talks about it a lot. Hope this review helps.

This is a great watch that I am using for everyday use and going to the gym. It is pretty accurate and it does help a lot with steps, running, stairs taken, ect. I loved it.

Great watch to go along with my exercise. Able to monitor step count, calories burned, heart rate and several other things at the wrist. The app helps a ton syncing progress.

Great devise to easily track your daily exercise and sleeping patterns!

Too small for my wrists,had to return it. Not for people with big wrists.

This Surge does exactly what they claim and so far hasn't missed a beat. If I could change things it wouldn't be so clumsy to wear and I'd replace the screen with a much better AMOLED color screen as this gray scale is hard to read and it's very dated given the crop of wearables on the market.

Extremely accurate......never realized how bad my sleeping pattern was.

Bought this to help the motivation for fitness, find it to be accurate when set for a run or walk but seems to give me some inaccurate readings when on all day, telling me i have done ten miles when i have only done six is not right.

It is good for tracking your various activities including heart rate.

I love the surge this has helped me lose 50 pounds. I would recommend that you get the insurance before you purchase. The band seems to bible up after 6 months.

Battery life is not as good as they say it is. Very good overall.

Great at tracking your fitness information. The battery has to be charged more frequently than I thought-about every three/four days. The gps takes awhile to "find" you. but overall, a very good way to track your efforts and is very user friendly. The charging hook up is a bit cumbersome.

The HR seems to not work so well during periods of high intensity training where your arm sweats heavily.

Fitbit surge is great for someone who works out consistently.
