Ive had no issues. Great at taking step counts and measuring heart rate. I like the app that downloads onto my phone.

This watch is amazing, and it seems to be very accurate when it comes to the GPS and the heart rate monitor. I would wear an older chest strap synced with my phone and the watch was either matched or within one heart beat from the chest monitor. And it is very durable as well. The battery life on it last right around 4 days even when I use it to track exercises nearly every day.

I love how it has the built in GPS and can track my runs then syncs to my phone to see the results and maps.

Love the ease of wearing it, and the app literally does everything for you. Very easy to install and program on your smart phone, and link for all activities. However, you can get so many benefits even without linking it. Holds charge much better than previous models.

This watch was purchased as a gift and I was very excited when it arrived. I have been very pleased with the overall results and it definitely does everything that I was expecting. Only four stars for lack of features.

This was a gift for my husband and he loves it. He likes that it track his fitness monitors his heart rate and sleep.

After wearing for a couple weeks it is causing skin irritation.

pros: does a good job at step count and is about the only thing with a heart rate monitor on board as opposed to anoth accessory Con:they are prone to delaminate but customer service at fit bit is good about replacing.

This watch is not with the money. When you are in a full workout such as a boot camp class it looses your heart rate. I wake up and it says I have burned over 500 calories in my sleep even with the watch charging and not on my wrist! Thought it would be pretty accurate and was totally wrong

the band broke just out of the manufacturers warranty and they do not sell / make replacement bands so now I have a rather expensive fitbit that is not useable or it will completely break and fall off. Thought I got an extended warranty but apparently I didn't. This was a Christmas gift for my son, and the band broke within the warranty time however due to a hectic schedule by the time we were able to go in we were 2 weeks out of the warranty date and there was nothing that could be done. I would recommend the charge or the blaze over this surge, you can at least change the band if it starts breaking. :-(

I bought the fitbit watch for my daughter for her exercise program, she loves it and is doing well with her regime

The versatility and many functions are great for tracking activity. The sleep tracking has been very enlightening.

This was a gift for my Son, he likes it, but doesn't like how the band makes his wrist sweat during exercise

Outside a lab of some sort. Connects with MyFitnessPal to give a good view of calories in. Nothing is perfect but the data helps a user to achieve goals or controls that they might want to accomplish. The default walking step distance for age, weight and height was fairly close. (About 0.2 inch off). Believe it or not I checked and averaged over a distance of 2 miles walking step count check. Well designed. Should help achieve whatever fitness goals you might have.

Really enjoy the stair climbing recognition feature, the auto detect of activity and the sport feature. The battery life could be improved as you would need to recharge it after a run. Overall it's a good product.

Purchased the fitbit gps surge for running. Excellent for what I wanted and have had no problems with it.

I would have loved this watch if the features that are specified actually worked on this watch. However, they did NOT!! I couldn't use any of the features because first and foremost, the TOUCHSCREEN didn't work! A touchscreen watch is pretty useless if the touchscreen doesn't work. You know what else doesn't work? Fitbit customer service. It is ridiculously horrible. The Fitbit customer service rep told me to return the watch and repurchase it because even if they sent me a replacement that was defective, they wouldn't refund my money because I bought it from BestBuy. Who doesn't stand behind their product? I should have checked the reviews before buying this. I would be inclined to just wait until they work out the bugs, but with customer service that bad, I'll just get a Polar...

works great ...must be charged about every 2 days, I wish the battery charge lasted longer, but very hppy
