If you are tech savvy this is a whiz. For those who are not, the instuctions should be more user friendly. I got more insight from fellow users. Once I got informed its a good tool. Holds a charge for a long time

Should of bought this earlier than I did. Would buy this in a second. Wish they had more colors.

My review is for the fit of the watch only, not the product features. I never got to use the fitbit surge. I could not get past the poor fit of the watch. The band on the top part of the watch is not flexible. It would not lay across my wrist properly at all. NOT designed for small wrists. It was great for my husbands wrists, other than him needing the bigger size. I traded this in the for the Fitbit Blaze, which I LOVE! I left a review on it also. It is still not a perfect fit but much better for me. Fitbits are great, and if this fits your wrist you will probably love it.

Great watch for runners! Love all the information displayed in the app. Only compliant is the size. I wish Fitbit had kept the smaller size for females.

It isn't quite what I hoped it would be, but it works ok. It is a little too big for my taste. It doesn't seem to sync as well as my old Fitbit.

I ended up going with the FitBit Charge HR, due to the fit of Surge. It was too bulky and I ended up preferring the slimmer design of the Charge HR.

I was really excited to get this for my mom because she's an advid hiker and wanted to track her distance and heart rate. Unfortunately, the band is too big for her and wrist does not sit properly. I tried it also and have the same problem. It's a nice Fitbit but not good for thowith a smaller wrist.
