I really like this product for keeping track of calories and heart rate during exercise. I still have not figured out how to connect the bluetooth for music. Sometimes during intense exercise the heart rate is not right.

Works good It is a little wide for my wife's wrist. Seems to rub her wrist more than the original Fitbit. She remedied the problem with coating band with essential oils. Lotion or Vaseline would probably work too.

Really like my fitbit. Keep track of my steps and calories burned.

It does everything I hope for and does encourage me to do lots of walking and stairclimbing. So far it is held up with a lot of exercise so I'm hoping that it will hold and work efficiently and effectively overtime

I love my new Fitbit Surge! Not only is it a watch, but it counts my steps, calories burned as well as a real time heart rate monitor. The watch band is soft and flexible, and I really don't have much to say. I honestly don't even really understand all its capabilities yet.

I had to return this because even though I am a woman with a medium sized wrist the small was too small and the large is way to large, there needs to be medium size

I bought the Surge for my wife for Christmas. She absolutely loves it. She likes the full face watch appearance which makes it easier to read the display. It was actually the reason why I decided to buy the Surge over the HR Charge. It's working great for her.

The Fitbit Surge is a good product. I use it everyday. It is accurate and easy to use. Love the app as well. It provides the motivation I need to get moving. The reason for the lower number of stars is the band is bubbling near the main screen after only 5 months. 3 bubbles have formed on each side of the main screen. The band needs to be replaced.

This watch does everything! I enjoy working out knowing I can track my progress and monitor my heart rate. It's a good motivational tool!

Great little Fitbit. Bought for my wife. Only down fall is the battery doesn't last as long as advertised.

I absolutely love my fitbit surge. It tracks my heartrate, monitors my sleep, helps track water intake, food intake, calories burned and much more. I love the fitbit app that you can download for free!

Sad that it didn't come with a quick start manual, to get me started. Had to download and print the whole manual from the internet. Only had the Surge for about a week, but love it so far.

Comfortable to wear. Easy to use. Screen easy to read even for someone who needs reading glasses.

GPS a plus. I use my phone for work so I love that I know I have a call or text. I can see if the notification is important or not.

Great tool for motivation. Found GPS to be accurate. Like the ability to scroll through the screens. The only small issue is the battery life. I previously had the Fitbit charge and only had to charge once a week. With the surge it is 2 or 3 times a week. You get a notification to remind you.

I really enjoy this watch. It lets me know how many steps I've covered, what my heart rate is and when my family is calling me! What more could you want. I have a small wrist so it looks really big on me, but I still love it!

Good to keep up with steps, heart rate, etc. Already the display cover has cracked despite being extremely careful not to hit it on anything. That is disappointing.

What can I say, this watch is AMAZING! it has so many capabilities including an Alarm and checking your heart rate. If you're ready to invest in your health, this is the way to go.

Works great so far no complaints . Does everything It said it would really easy to use.
