    I lost 125 lbs and was on a plateau, since I started using the fitbit I am back on the losing track again. It is one of those tools, it works if you use it.

    The fitbit interface is not sophisticated enough to be easy to use. Recommend downloading MyFitnessPal or LoseIt! app to use with fitbit. In order to track sleep fitbit requires a wrist band (included) which is awkward to get used to wearing overnight.

    I love my fitbit! I have one, this one was the second one my son has had and my Mom has one, too. It's great to challenge each other to take more steps and be more active!

    My husband and I both received FitBits as Christmas gifts. Very small and my husband unfortunately lost his in about a month. So caution to wear properly. I enjoyed the use of the website, tracking my progress, but it has now died. Not yet 4 months after using it. Very disappointed and too expensive to have this happen so soon, in my opinion.
