Purchased this as a gift for my mother. The important part was the heart rate monitor which works well. I wish there was better instructions as to how to use Alexa with the device.

In the beginning, it was great. But after just 3 MONTHS of use, the touch screen failed me. Its infuriating since this $200 product failed after 3 months. Return is not an option, Fitbit won't do anything except 25% off one of their other products. I can't with this. Pretty mad, buying the Samsung Galaxy active 2 instead. The only reason it has 2 starts is because the battery life is pretty good, and even though the touch screen stopped working, the monitoring of the heart and sleep cycles stayed true. Such a shame

it was great while it lasted. Once the time started to change, I couldn't fix it or update it.

This watch is the best I’ve seen for fitness I’d pay double the price for this full feature set. It’s comfortable and seems to be accurate. And the bands are plentiful in design and material.

I just got this and loving it so far. I bought it for health reasons and I’m very impressed with the apps on there. Still acquainting myself so will update the review after a few weeks or months.

I love love love my Fitbit! I love being able to see who is calling and or texting me. I love keeping track of my health data! It has inspired me to be more active!

Bought this for my wife and she loved it so I can't complain about this purchase. The only thing she did was buy and change the bands with more brighter colors to suit her personality.

This is a great watch but it’s functions are not the best. You will have to have the app running all the time to have all functions working properly. The Spotify app is a nice addition but could be better.

Works as expected and is fast. Tracks what I need it to track and is very comfortable to wear

Bought this watch for my mom she has android phone works perfect for her keeps track of all the stuff she needs she likes the way it feels and she could see all the numbers on the watch

Bought this for my wife because of the color, the watch keeps disconnecting from notifications and we have to be resetting or adjusting the notifications so that she can see them on the watch. Kind of inconvenient if you ask me.

I've had a Fitbit on my wrist since 2017 and loved this one when I bought it. Great display, battery life was awesome, and plenty of different band options. 15 months later though and it's a paperweight. Now it is stuck in a loop of restarting which Fitbit customer support has been unable to help with. For the price this is just unacceptable. Guess it's time to try something new as my loyalty only goes as far as a company's loyalty.

I love it whenever I wear this everyday. It helps me keep track of my heart rate. Also keeps me up to date with the time and date.

Bought as a gift, but seems to work well in synch with phone. The options of the watch are good and sturdy. I haven't attempted to change the bad (if possible) but it's a good, basic band.

I used to have the Fitbit HR but needed something that was shorter and didnt catch on clothing as much. This fitbit has been perfect! Not to mention all the awesome bonus features that come with the upgrade.

Sleek look with smooth scrolling capabilities, but only wish it was able to reply to text messages. Otherwise it has some nice features

Instructions are not easily available to make the most use of the product. Will need more help from a representative ofBest Buy to make the most out of the watch. If have to be a techie to get the most out of it and I am not.

The Fitbit Versa 2 Smartwatch has a nice color-Petal/Copper Rose. I like the versatility of the watch. There are different features that I am still exploring. Overall, I am pleased with this purchase.

It took me a couple hours to completely sync my Versa 2 to my phone using an app. Mostly had trouble with correct passwords. But once I got it synced I absolutely love it!
