challenging to configure

I bought the Versa 2 and have sat down to try and configure it three times. It's easy to charge, the app downloads with no problem, but getting the watching to synch up with the app and then getting it to go on has been challenging. My plan is to find an hour and call their customer service number. Hopefully, they will help. My thought is that if you like relatively complex technology, this would be a good purchase.
