No connection

Deleted it and reconnect and it still wouldn’t connect to my Bluetooth. I also deleted the app from my phone and pad . iPad finally after 4 attempts it sync , but on my iPhone it never worked. Finally just returned to store . BB employees was very consider and polite with the whole transition of return item.

Just Didn't Last

After that, it would not allow me access to my fit bit account, kept losing time, would not sync properly, the battery died every day, and the watch in general just kept shutting. Shame they didn't build it to last longer. $200+ is a big investment.

Review on my versa 2 watch

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The watch tracks good, however it is spotty with transfers to the fitbit app. Some days it will track and give you your data, other days it wont imput or acknowledge your workout with steps/ stairclimbing, etc. This i find very frustrating as i want the imput so i can track and see improvements each day.
