I was excited about this watch since I purchased it for exercising but the stat tracking is garbage. Every now and then all my stats erase during the day, not the next day, the same day. How is it that have 0 steps by 6pm while wearing this watch all day and exercising? The heart rate is also garbage. My heart will be pounding during intense exercise and it will read 100-110bpm. I don't have it to loose and not to tight, I basically have as tight as instructed and when that didn't work I would tighten it one more notch and still the same results. This is not for intense exercise. It might be better for walkers only and hopefully not care to much about stats. If you have an iPhone, might be better to get the apple watch.

Like every other Fitbit i've had, it worked great for a little over a year and then died. Tried restarting and factory restarting, the screen would not turn on. They all seem to last just long enough to not get the warranty.

Cant complain on the watch, as always its fun and fast.

A great watch and a definite upgrade over other fitbits.

This was the replacement of the one bought almost two years ago, It basically died on me in New York, so I bought this one, Well, 4 months later, I had to have this unit replaced. I love the app, which is really the only reason I tolerated this product.

I purchased this Fitbit because I wanted an convenient way to see my text messages without taking my phone out of my pocket or purse. I use the fitness portion of the watch for fun. My twin sons have the same Fitbit and had success with them for almost 2 years. Ironically, as soon as I got my Fitbit, my one son's died. The screen went black and never returned. We contacted Fitbit and they tried a reset that worked for 1 day. We contacted them again and tried to reset it again and it did not work. They offered a 10%off coupon for a new one. My second son's watch died a week later. We called Fitbit again and they tried again to reset it but it failed. They offered another coupon. My sons received these watches as gifts for their 17th birthday. We have decided NOT to purchase new ones. Paying almost $200 for a watch that last under 2 years is ridiculous. I have had my watch for over 2 months now. I no longer get alerts from my phone after I downloaded a firmware update last week. I am going to contact Fitbit to see if they can fix it. If not I am going to ask for a refund. Unfortunately, it is too late to return it to Best Buy. I am really disappointed in this watch! It is wasteful and expensive! Buyer Beware.

This watch gives the Apple watch a run for its money.

I absolutely love this watch! It has lots of good features, and I love that it tells me my heart rate and counts my steps for me.

First one was defective -- still learning capabilities.

Not real happy with Alexa. She doesn't work very well.

Worked great, quick interface and light weight. Too bad that after two years it no longer works.

Product is probably great for android lovers and or users. Does not automatically sync with apple health lots of other features that work directly with android. Ended up returning it for an apple watch.

Basically a useful tool for exercising but heart rate monitoring is not very acurate. Price is good for the provided quality.

Very useful but wish I can add more apps on the watch
