If you don't constantly refresh your phone, it will not track your entire run and will not record your track.

Fitbit Versa 2 Review

Online reviews about battery life are IMO oversimplified and the actual day-t-day expectancy is 4 days, not 6, and this is with continuous usage. Graphic display and shock-resistant attributes are also accurate. Recommended is you don't feel the need to filter every verbal conversation through your phone, and definitely a superior tracker to the Charge 4, Charge 5 and Sense 1.

Nice device but seems inaccurate

Compared to the blaze, which had a good heartrate monitor, this does not. When I exercise, even vigorously, most of the time the heartrate shows about the same as when I'm at rest.

Our experience with them must be fairly common as Best Buy no longer offers their insurance plan on them. Look at other brands…..

Came apart

The watch totally came apart in under a year. I work in construction so I guess the heat caused the face to separate from the body of the watch. Also the band didn’t last long.

One thing I do not like is, you cannot purchase the extended warranty from Best Buy. Seems odd..like Fitbit does not believe in their own product.?

After 4 months the touch screen stopped working and I had to get it replaced.
