Disappointing

I had to get a warranty replacement about a month and a half ago when the touch screen stopped working. Yesterday, the watch stopped syncing with my phone, and now I can't get my phone to recognize the watch. This watch counts steps every night while sleeping (30-150) and also counted 200 steps or so while sitting in a seat on a plane recently. This is my first smart watch and I am very disappointed in it. I wish I had made a different decision as to which one to get.

Lack of clear manual I found to be te main reason.. The wide bànd is nice but somewhat uncomfortable .

There is no way to make it fit. Thank goodness it had another band included, but I paid for the extra one.
