Versa 2 doesn’t work

Battery runs down and the screen has lines through it. So disappointed in this product. I had a Apple Watch before this version 2 and it lasted for 4-5 years.

My Wondrous Versa

I added a separately purchased band that fits my style and I wouldn't trade it for anything.

Had an old Fitbit that didn’t track time nor notify me when I had a text or a phone call. Surprisingly. I like it. And I love the sleep score.

Unfortunately it's already broken, the home button in the side doesn't work. And it's not like it gets pressed hard or it's jammed in, it just doesn't respond. Looking at some forums and it doesn't seem like I'm alone by a long shot.

However the apps (like Spotify) often don’t work and it doesn’t always register my steps. It also requires you to keep an app open on your phone all day if you want it to sync to the app (which you need to do if you want any of the info).

Can not connect to phone

I will be taking it to the store so they can do it..followed all on line directions and still couldn't connect. It seems to be a nice watch, i just probably have a bad one or don't know what I'm doing.
