The Fitbit Versa 2 Smartwatch was average, I expected more.

Was excited to get this as it would of been an upgrade from my older fitbit. I got it home, charged it and when I went to put it on, the strap was too small. Now I dont have very large wrists. I could get to the second hole in the strap but it was tight. Oh well, stay with my older one I guess. Peace.

Not impressed by Fitbit I will definitely get another brand the next time

it was a present for my family and it's very good watch, if you update you can have some features on, if not you wont, such as find my phone or working in the right way with alexa.

Worked great for awhile. Screen went very dim and almost unreadable after a year and a half warranty is only for 1 year. Fitbit gave a small coupon which to me was an insult for a product that did not last even 2 years. Will be shopping for another brand.

It's ok. This is my third purchase. I'm a beat buy buyer.

Does what you need it to do as long as you don't also have bluetooth headphones or any other bluetooth device that also connects to your phone. I had to remove and add the device every morning in order for the data to sync to my phone. I returned it after a week of use.

Great features but inaccurate pace,distance and steps figures.

It was very hard to set up. Best Buy did not want to help

I bought this for my wife just over a year ago for her Birthday, she really liked it and it seemed to work well for what she wanted it for, but just after the year warranty is up the thing completely flaked out and quite working. It should last longer than a year.......

This is my third Fitbit. The first two were fine. This one is hard to program or even find information about that’s not just marketing yada yada. It’s no more than a watch. Things are apparently working in the background because the weekly report has a lot of information But try to figure out how to get anything on the screen. And now a calculator has started randomly to appear. I hate this piece of Alleged technology

I purchased the Fitbit charge 2 in March of 2020. It died in early May 2021. I was extremely disappointed and went to best buy to purchase another one but my boyfriend talked me into a Garmin Instinct which is much better, imo. I was surprised that I didn't buy an optional protection plan for my Fitbit in 2020 until I spoke to a customer service rep at Best Buy who advised that you can't get one for a Fitbit. They will not protect them. Fitbits only last for a short time and buying another brand that has an available protection plan is totally worth it!!

Should’ve bought the iwatch. Definitely not worth the money

I like the sleep tracker but the charger broke after a month of use

Bought it as a gift. didn't like it because it was made in China.

I like the watch. Just wish it was more compatible with iPhones.

Not really impressed with this watch, might end up returning it.

The instructions are not clear on how to sync to android phones.

Bought this as a gift for my Dad- nothing but issues. Screen freezes all the time, unable to power it down- trouble with syncing to phone. very disappointed in product
