lasted less than 2 yrs. the back button stopped working about 4 months ago. the screen stopped coming on when shaking the fitbit only comes on by tapping the fitbit now will not come on at all

Overall a good product, just wish it wasn’t so big.

Do NOT buy if your buying for the sleep tracker, it will not work correct and record. If you read reviews, this is a common problem and the company with do nothing to fix/replace it. This was the main reason I bought this watch. Very upset it does not work and I wasted my money.

It works and is great if you’re looking for a fitness tracker.

Not impressed at all same as all watches no difference

I used this for a law enforcement academy and it failed. For every 1.5 miles my fellow team mates had I had 1.08 miles. Other features are neat but it is a huge defect. I am wondering if it is just mine?

I purchased this Fitbit Versa 2 as I wanted to step-up from the Charge 2 that I had. While all the bells and whistles are nice, I bought it primarily for the tracking of steps with the daily workout on the treadmill and the larger face display. Sadly, it is very poor with the step counts. I logged in 3 miles today and the watch read that I had only taken 161 steps. I have had this for over a week and have tried every position of the watch on my wrist and tightness of the band and step counts remain low. I will stick this on ebay to recoup as much as possible and put my Charge 2 back on.

I really love the features of the Versa 2 Smartwatch; however a couple of disappointments are (1) after a few updates, the watch started having syncing issues and (2) battery has to be charged more frequently after only 3 to 4 weeks of use.

Did not work with my mothers Samsung phone. ........

Looks nice but does not function well. Does not give notifications reliably. Does not stay connected to Alexa. Spent 3 days installing, rebooting, trying to get it to work as advertised. Finally returned it.

This watch DOES NOT support android or Google pay.

Trendy and definitely useful when you think about it

Stopped working a week into wearing it. I contacted Fitbit who said I could return it to Best Buy or wait for shipping label. Best Buy tried to charge me the difference in the sale price and the full price. Should have waited on the shipping label

I bought the FITBIT VERSA2 SMARTWATCH. IT LASTED ME 1 YEAR AND 6 MONTHS, ALWAYS LOST BLUETOOTH CONNECTION. I WILL NOT BUY ANOTHER ONE. I JUST BOUGHT APPLE SE AND AM VERY PLEASED WITH IT. PAY THE EXTRA AND TALK TO ZAC!

I will never buy another Fitbit product. I was so excited for this watch it seemed like everything I was looking for, There were at first little things like keeping it connected to the Bluetooth but nothing too bad. Then it started to jump my resting heart rate by 10 bpm. I blew that off due to the amount of stress lately and lack of access to gyms to work off the energy. Silicon band left friction burns on my wrist but when I loosened it the watch fell off (almost lost it three times before the extra bands came). Now, the screen has come off the watch after the warranty has expired. (Side note my 11yr old has a burn on wrist now. )
