Does not pair with all phones

We learned that even if your phone is compatible now, Fitbit can do an update and your phone can no longer be compatible. I recommend reading forums about capability issues people have had. We have another Fitbit that is compatible with another phone that we have had for three years and love it. Fitbit has a good product if it’s compatible with your phone. Unfortunately we had to return this Fitbit.
