This watch was the second one, I've purchased for my 18 year old son. I returned the first one, because of an software issue. It was fully charched but the screen just showed a green monitor. Now with the new one is the same issue! My son has a few watches, so he didn't wear this one for a few weeks. Now he can't return it anymore and the watch doesn't turn on!! And YES, IT'S FULLY CHARCHED!! Such a crap. So dissapointing!!

Absolutely perfect with no additional "unnecessary" extras.

I love it.Glad i purchased it,and i got a great deal on it.

I was told by Best Buy employee that it was compatible with androids. I was never able to get text messaging or heart rate to work during exercise. Called fitbit did some trouble shooting it worked for 1-2 days then quit working again. I called back and was told oh it is not compatible with your phone. Would have been nice to know the first time.

So irritated with this purchase. The HR monitor is completely inaccurate by 30-40 beats per minute. This is the main reason I purchased this watch , to track HR and calories burned. Waste of money. Tried my husbands Apple Watch which read my HR accurately to prove the difference

Bad product, worse return policy. The button on this watch has totally stopped working, rendering it useless -- and it is less than 2 months old. But I am now 3 weeks past the end of the return period. No satisfaction from FitBit or Best Buy. Total ripoff by both organizations. I have owned this piece of junk less the 2 months and I can't return it?! That's criminal. Amazon here I come.

Bought 2 Versa 2's. One worked, other failed. Battled with Fitbit for a replacement, they finally sent one and it failed too. Junk. I go way back with Fitbit io our original One's. Customer service used to be outstanding. No more. Through our Aria, Blaze, and now Versa 2 the company has deteriorated to turning out poor quality and function, and backing that up with abhorrent customer service. Done with Fitbit.

Bought for my husband’s birthday. Not an accurate product for counting his steps. He’s ambidextrous, a mechanic and an avid fisherman. Said he felt like a superhero for sitting on his boat for almost 12 hours and showed 25,000 steps. Product had to be counting every time he reeled in and every wave that moved the boat. Also had to sync it daily with the phone app for it to maybe record his sleep score.

The description of this product is very misleading. If you are looking for a smart watch this is extremely limited in that capacity.

It’s a nice looking watch but beyond that it’s terrible. Far better fitness watches out there. The cheaper watches available, even Fitbit, have better accuracy. Heart rate reads 10-20 bpm higher than other available models. Accuracy on other things isn’t accurate. I’d expect at a higher price it would be better. Not so. Now it’s too late to return and I’m stuck with something not much better than a paperweight.

I expected more for the price. Battery does not last very long. Cannot sync Pandora, I liked he Fitbit Alta.

Really enjoying the information this watch provides.

Poor interface. SpO2 stopped working. A lot of unusable features (Deezer, really?). Didnt know you can move your pinky and its recorded as a step. Didnt like the band attachment process. Turned off the Alexa feature because I found it to be super invasive; but when it was in use it rarely worked anyway. Cant listen to Spotify unless my cellphone is nearby. Just not a useful device.

Time to get walking. This Fitbit display is perfect.

I frequently have to reset this watch as it does not sinc steps or other activities. It seems to get stuck and when starts up again it does not recover the lost information. It is very frustrating for this to occur and even resetting the watch doesn't eliminate the problem. I would not recommend buying this watch again. I should have returned it earlier but I kept thinking the glitch was rectify itself.
