2 Failed Versa 2 Watches - Last FitBit device 4 me

Doesn’t work like I hoped

Virtually Dead After 13 Months

Today, the display stopped working. No warning, the display just stopped working overnight. The fitbit itself is still working, it is communicating with my mobile phone, but is basically useless since most of the functionality I use is on the watch and not the mobile app.

Very little instruction on how to link with smartphone, then when finally set up, noticed after charging, would only last a day verses the 4 days it was supposed to last. 3 weeks in total used and now won't charge completely dead. Will be returning and won't purchase any Fitbit products. We will be looking into samsung instead.

The display resolution is too low

Bad fit bit

I Loved it, but it quit charging on me. I called the support and did what they recommend and I was never able to get it to charge. I noticed on the website that others had the same problem. I feel it is an inferior product. I am very disappointed with the fit bit . I feel I wasted hard earned money on it.
