This thing is a certified piece of junk. Fitbit updated their app and broke the notifications now all you get is phone call notifications to the watch , no push notifications, email text ect. Called fitbit they give you a line of BS . Hasnt worked for 5 weeks and conveniently a week after the return policy ended . FITBIT SUCKS

Would not connect. I actually bought the Versa Lite first, spent 2 days trying to get that one to connect, the stupid App would freeze, the watch would keep disconnection from Blue tooth. None of the notifications would work, so phone calls, text messages, etc., none of that would sync.... ended up returning, just got a Samsung Galaxy Watch--------->best thing I ever done!

Out of the box this watch would not sync. Returned for Charge 3.

hard to figure out initially for someone who is not savvy or comfortable. with technology,

I don’t get text on the Fitbit watch . Just call but only answer the incoming call only

I have lost the ability to get the hours I have slept. There is nothing I can do to get it back. I spent $40.00 plus tax to have the Geek Squad set it up for me at Best Buy and now all it does is tell me the steps I need each day. Also, I am having problems getting Alexa to work with it. For the price I paid, it is almost useless.

Worked for a month and the screen quit turning on.

Only had it a month and it’s already not working well. Traded my Apple Watch for it, wish I didn’t.

Had issues with getting started and the charge does not last long. Maybe three days.

please save your money and put it towards an Apple Watch! My first FitBit Versa 2 lasted 3 weeks, then the screen went black. Returned it for this Versa 2. This one lasted a week, screen is black AGAIN. Reading the Fitbit boards, this is a common problem. This watch is going back tomorrow, and I’m going with an Apple Watch, which I should have done in the first place.

For this to be an athletic watch it was not very durable. I was putting it on, dropped it and that was the end of it. The screen cracked, Best Buy doesn’t replace or repair. They didn’t even offer the extended warranty, which I should of picked up on. As far as help from Fitbit goes, good luck with that.

It seems like I have to replace it every year. The fist purchase I thought it was an isolated case but it seems like it's a defect. This is the second one. Exactly 1 year and 1 day it start vibrating while charging, the screen went on and off and then crashed . $199 wasted. Beautiful disposable watch.

Disappointed with this product. Has never really worked right and it was hacked.

This watch lasted 1 year and 1 month past warranty! Going with Apple.

JUNK !!! I have had this 1 year and 10 days and it already will not hold a charge. Fitbit company said buy a new one!! Here is a discount! I don't want to fork out money for a new one! Very frustrated!

Screen goes out after a few minutes comes back on !

I found both interaction with my phone and the fitness tracking features underwhelming.

Have to sink every day. Ridiculous. Not worth what I paid. Wish I had got another Fitbit 2.

Face fell off in 8 months! Not worth it! Changed to Apple Watch!

It tracked all of my hand movements so it was extremely inaccurate for my walking count
