Cheaply made version of the previous Fitbit watches. The watch looks like a toy compared to the Ionic I previously wore. It does not have the same messaging functions compatibility with my android phone. The band is flimsy and again like a toy watch. I wear my fitness watch 24 hours a day. I can wear my Samsung watch in jeans or a suit, like I could the past Fitbits. I'm giving this almost $300 watch away.

~In Defense of Fitbit Versa 3~

I beg to differ from all the negative reviews... I am loving the Fitbit versa 3 so far. The screen is attractive, the casing and glass feels great, and the new band looks way better, and NO it isn't hard to figure out. The always on display is convenient. The battery life is good. The new button looks a ton better. (And I haven't really had any problems with it, despite what people have been saying. You have to learn it and do it right.) Charging is FAST. The overall look of the watch is pretty slick... And it doesn't feel plasticy and cheap like the versa 1-2, which were embarrassingly plasticy looking IMHO. To give you an idea of just how well it looks, someone already asked me if it was an apple watch... And that's in the first day of use!!! So, yes, it looks good. Idk really what people are talking about when they say the software is terrible.... It might not be thee best, but come on... it's a Fitbit versa 3 for $230, not a $500 apple watch 6, for a reason. And again, it isn't even that bad... There's a couple lags here and there, but that's it really. Also, I tested gps today and it seemed accurate too. Bottom line- it's a great $230 health smartwatch. And I totally recommend it.

Easy to get up and running. My only issue is the band it came with, because it was rubber it made my wrist break out.... The good news is that there are a ton of options for different bands. Battery life has been great and I just got 1 year since I bought it. I was nervous because several other reviews gave battery life negatives. I've been happy so far.

The Fitbit Versa 3 in the colorway Soft Gold is stylish and super helpful for reaching my fitness goals! This is my first time owning a smart watch, and I'm amazed at all the features the Fitbit Versa 3 offers. It has allowed me to track my heart rate, steps, the water I drink throughout the day, as well as my sleep, which is useful for me as a college student who has the tendency to not get enough sleep! The colorway itself is stunning and I've received a lot of compliments on it. The strap is easily adjustable and feels comfortable to wear and in no way invasive. I would highly recommend the Fitbit Versa 3 to anyone with a busy lifestyle who still wants to stay on track for their fitness goals, or just live a healthy lifestyle! Was a gift for my wife. She had the second generation and wanted a new one since the other decided to stop working. Fit bit customer service is horrible and these watches always seem to last as long as their warranty. So personally I have a hate for this company but my wife seems to keep going back to them so what am I gonna do.

    I LOVE THIS WATCH

Before the Fitbit Versa 3 I was never a watch "wearer" however ever since I got the Fitbit Versa I have never been able to take it off. I love the fact that my messages come straight to the watch, that I can track my sleep or maybe the fact of sleep, and even control my music straight from the watch. I also love how long the battery lasts, roughly 2.5 days but I would suggest charging during the day and wearing it to sleep so you can learn a lot more about how you sleep (I didn't know I was such a light sleeper!)

This review is based on one month of use. I bought the Versa 3 to replace an aging Charge 3 whose display gave out. I avoided the Charge 4 because it had the same display as the Charge 3 and I wanted something with a screen I could easily read even in bright light. The Versa 3 didn't disappoint in that regard. Other things I liked: The charging system is much improved and fast. That's important as some features stop recording data when the level is low. I can top off the charge quickly and get back to using it. And, the recorded data is consistant with what I was getting with my previous Fitbit and appears to be accurate. There are things I'm not thrilled about. At the top of the list is haptic feedback. The vibration level is very weak compared to the Charge 3. At the default setting, it was almost imperceptible. Even set to the highest setting it is hard to consistently feel. I miss many notifications because of this. The side button is also an issue. It can be tricky to operate. I'm ok with normal short presses, but long presses such as needed to reboot the watch are hard to hold steady. I also didn't care for the standard band -- the plastic doesn't breath and becomes sweaty and uncomfortable. I replaced it with a 3rd party leather strap and it now feels good. The Versa 3 has the potential to be a very good tracker, but with the issues I'm having with haptic feedback I can't justify rating it anything over a 3. Hopefully, this is something they can correct with a future firmware update. Until then, I'd hesitate to recommend it.

I think this is really good value for a smart watch, biggest appeal is the long lasting battery. with other smart watches you have to charge every 1-2 days. These last awhile before next charge & it tracks heart rate & sleep quality. I love it and i was never a watch person

Still working well after almost 3 years. It'll be e years in February. No major issues. Battery doesn't last as long anymore but that's to be expected.
